I’m Rosh, Productivity and Mindset Coach, Doctor, Mum, and Wife.
With over 20 years of experience as a doctor, including 14 as a GP, I’ve had the privilege of hearing thousands of personal stories. Stories of ambition, resilience, challenge, and transformation. Over time, I felt a growing call to support women not just in their health, but with their energy and mindset.
That call led me to train as a certified coach, and now, I specialise in helping ambitious professional women who feel stretched thin, stuck, or unfulfilled. Women balancing demanding careers, home life, and their own dreams — often with little space for themselves.
